As I sat watching the south Onaqui herd on a quiet afternoon, two wild stallions approached each other on the periphery of the herd. It was quite a spectacular show. But a show it was! Not a blow was struck in this dance of dominance. Sundance, the bay, stood high over Poseidon but never once struck him. I took a series of stills, which I have combined here. In hindsight, I wish I had shot video, lol.
